What does lifetime access mean?
Access lasts for the operating life of Stroke Caregiver—for as long as we continue to operate and make the course available. In plain language, as long as we are in business. Prerelease purchasers pay no annual renewal. Included updates apply to this course and its Reference Library, not separately sold future products, coaching, or services.
What are the purchase and refund terms?
Request a full refund any time before complete delivery or within 30 days afterward. Email [email protected] from the address used for purchase. No explanation is required. We process eligible refunds within five business days. Refunds return to the original payment method; your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Course access ends after a full refund.
What if the delivery date changes?
We will contact purchasers before the scheduled date if a delay becomes likely, explain the revised plan, and offer a full refund.
Prepublication purchases are protected by a full-refund commitment. If prepublication sales do not support completing the course, Stroke Caregiver may cancel completion before November 15, 2026. In that event, we will notify every purchaser and automatically initiate a full refund of all amounts paid within five business days of cancellation—no request is needed. Refunds go to the original payment method, and paid-course access ends after a full refund. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unchanged.
