Refunds and support
Request a full refund before complete course delivery or within 30 days afterward. No explanation is required. Email [email protected] from your purchase address.
We respond within two business days, Monday–Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays, and process eligible refunds within five business days. Refunds return to the original payment method; your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Paid-course access ends after a full refund.
If a delivery delay becomes likely, we will contact purchasers before the scheduled date, explain the revised plan, and offer a full refund.
