“Lifetime” means for the operating life of the Stroke Caregiver course—for as long as Stroke Caregiver continues to operate and make it available. In plain language, as long as we are in business. Separately sold products, coaching, and services are not included.
Refunds and support
Request a full refund before complete course delivery or within 30 days afterward. No explanation is required. Email [email protected] from your purchase address.
We respond within two business days, Monday–Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays, and process eligible refunds within five business days. Refunds return to the original payment method; your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Paid-course access ends after a full refund.
If a delivery delay becomes likely, we will contact purchasers before the scheduled date, explain the revised plan, and offer a full refund.
Prepublication purchases are protected by a full-refund commitment. If prepublication sales do not support completing the course, Stroke Caregiver may cancel completion before November 15, 2026. In that event, we will notify every purchaser and automatically initiate a full refund of all amounts paid within five business days of cancellation—no request is needed. Refunds go to the original payment method, and paid-course access ends after a full refund. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unchanged.
